Congratulating Col. Ángel Luis Cruz García on his appointment as Cuban Military, Naval, and Air Attaché to Vietnam, General Thang expressed his hope that, in his new position, the diplomat would continue close coordination to build on the achievements attained and further deepen bilateral defense cooperation.
