An overview of the working session |
The defense leader requested relevant units to accelerate implementation, and tasked the Vietnam Museum of Military History with developing a comprehensive preliminary design. He stressed that the memorial should harmonize with the museum’s overall space, hold high artistic value, and convey profound cultural-historical, political, and diplomatic significance.
The goal is to complete the memorial in time for the 80th anniversaries of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
