Ericsson extends reach to central Vietnam

A new office has just been opened by Ericsson in Da Nang. This is the company’s third office in Vietnam after its sister facilities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The opening ceremony was held on May 4
th with the participation of the company’s top officials.
General Director of Ericsson Vietnam, Eddie Åhman said, “The opening of the new office in Da Nang allows the company to expand its business in central Vietnam and helps it directly provide its services and effective solutions to the clients in the region. With our dependable and professional working procedures, we hope to bring more support and benefits to our clients in Vietnam.”
He also said that as the company had signed contracts with Vietnamese telecom Mobile Phone, the new office is entrusted to manage and operate Vietnam mobile networks in the central region. In addition, it will later collaborate with its other Vietnamese partners like VNPT and Viettel in managing and operating telecommunication networks.
Ericsson now has engagement with 5 Vietnamese GMS providers.
