Bitexco Group, a Vietnamese company specializing in building financial and trade centers; and towers for offices and apartments, has recently signed a contract with the US world’s leading hotel group, Marriott International.
Under the contract, the two sides will jointly manage a first-class hotel, named JW Marriott Hanoi, which will be erected near the vicinity of the National Convention Center in Hanoi.
The hotel, which will be designed with inspirations from the Vietnamese coastline and Vietnamese legendary dragon, will cover 63,000 square meters of land and 16,000 square meters of water surface. Additionally, the hotel will be surrounded by green parks, high-quality semi-detached houses, towers with apartments, offices, and other facilities.
The hotel project will draw an investment of some US $130 million and it is expected to be wrapped up in 2012.
