HR Asia’s survey was based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model - T.E.A.M with a set of strict criteria, including CORE (collective organization for real engagement), SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do). In particular, CORE assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership, and agile initiatives; SELF assesses the level of cohesion, pride and emotion at work; and GROUP measures the level of cooperation of members with their businesses.

According to the HR Asia’s study outcomes, Viettel Group has been making strides in promoting a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, creating equality for all employees at all levels. Viettel Group has gained high points in training and developing talents, building corporate culture and encouraging creativity beyond limits.

This is the second consecutive year Viettel Group has been named the best workplace in Asia. The group’s success mainly comes from its pioneer in digital transformation in internal governance, and its strategy of creating digital platforms, products, and services for society.
