This year, from 50,000 staff and employees from 7,000 affiliated units, the organizing panel of Viettel’s Stars 2021 Awards selected 8 best collectives and 8 best individuals to award.

The overall value of the awards in 2021 is over VND 2.5 billion. Each individual and collective receive VND 100 million. In addition, each individual receives an overseas training course, worth VND 100 million.

In 2021, Viettel Group maintained business results, ensured safety for its staff and employees while being the leading enterprise in supporting the Government, the people and other businesses to overcome the pandemic.

Amid the two-year impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year awards aim to honor individuals and collectives, who have achieved the dual targets of pandemic prevention and economic development. The awards are also to recognize their achievements in researching and manufacturing high-tech devices, digital solutions and cyber security and safety.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel, stressed that Viettel’s members should increase their desire and aspiration, continue to conquer new heights in order to build the group stronger and to improve Vietnam’s position in the global arena.

Viettel's Stars Awards is part of Viettel's efforts in recognizing and honoring talents, contributing to creating an attractive working environment, attracting and preserving high-quality human resources for the digital transformation strategy.
