This year, Viettel honored ten individuals and ten collectives who had not only excellently completed production and business mission, but also inspired others to contribute, be creative, and overcome difficulties at work.

10 outstanding individuals and collectives of Viettel are honored at the ceremony. 

These outstanding collectives and individuals were selected from 70,000 staff and employees from its affiliated units and ten international markets. They had been working in telecommunications; information technology solutions and digital services; research and production of high-tech industry; delivery, logistics and trade globally.

In the context that the whole world is facing numerous difficulties, Viettel stills remains steadfast to the set goals, making impression for its business, creativity, pioneering role in new areas, and achievements in the post-pandemic period. Viettel has completed all targets in terms of revenue and profit, contributed to the state budget, pioneered to undertake major tasks of the country, and taken the lead in technology research. Especially, its employees’ lives have been taken better care of.

According to Viettel's Chairman and General Director Senior Colonel Tao Duc Thang, Viettel’s Stars 2022 honored outstanding individuals and collectives from different sectors, different departments, and at home or abroad. All of them have shown their love for Viettel and the country, will and aspiration to break out of their comfort zone, find new methods, and work enthusiastically and creatively. 

Viettel’s Stars is an annual event to honor and award outstanding collectives and individuals who have exerted utmost efforts to get out of their comfort zone, braved hardships, been determined to overcome difficulties, created values for the development of Viettel.

The military business is in the fourth development stage toward a high-tech industry group. So far, Viettel has embarked on new spaces and sectors. Its stature and scale has been enlarged.
