According to Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group, "Women and men have equal contributions, not only in Viettel but also in Vietnam or around the world. Each gender has its own strengths, which complement each other to create synergy and resonance in each job."
After more than three decades of making a strong impression in the field of telecommunications-technology, Viettel has recognized the capacity of women in various fields such as politics, economy, culture, and society. To continue enhancing the role of women in the new technology era, it is necessary to create new incentives for women to participate in promoting sustainable growth, Thang added.
