Viettel Academy receives the award virtually. |
The Learning Elite Awards is a prestigious award program held annually by Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine of the U.S.-based Human Capital Media to honor best organizations in learning and development field.
Other winning organizations included Bill.com, Keeley, Tokyo Marine, Syneos, DHL, Sysco, Acquisition Academy, New York Life, and IBM, among others.
Over the past years, with the attention of Viettel’s leaders, Viettel Academy has designed and developed programs and organized hundreds of online and offline courses for thousands of trainees who are Viettel’s managers and staff around the globe. The academy has pro-actively compiled and applied new training models, including learning in enterprises, training through videos, ATM tool (registering and monitoring tool), learning through “By Day Learning” mobile app., and digitization of lectures. Its models and methods have been highly valued at seminars and attracted attention of businesses and organizations.

To qualify for Learning Elite status, organizations must succeed in scoring above the qualifying benchmark in five key performance areas critical to learning and development, namely training strategy, leadership commitment, implementation of training activities, contribution of training activities and size of the business.
This year’s assessment council included 542 experts in learning and development from prestigious organizations in the world, including CLOs and senior experts with at least ten years of experience in learning and development, and learning and development solution providers.
President of Viettel Academy Colonel Bui Quang Tuyen considered joining the Learning Elite Award 2022 an opportunity for the academy to not only test its training methods and models, but also encourage its staff to continue studying and sharing their experience with other organizations and businesses. It will also contribute to actualizing personnel training strategy and strengthening Viettel’s production and trade.
