Cooperation agreement reached to raise living standards of military workers
PANO –The Trade Union of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) and the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB)signed a cooperation program on implementing welfare programs for members of the Defense Trade Union on July 2.
According to the agreement, the three units will promote information dissemination on products and services of Viettel and MB to members of the Defense Trade Union.
Meanwhile, the two military businesses are committed to providing and creating the best conditions for the Defense Trade Union’s members and defense workers to use reliable and quality products and services, including MB Bank, life insurance, unsecured loans, and discount policy.
During the implementation of the reached agreement, the signatories will regularly exchange information so as to deal with arising issues to protect the rights and benefits of members of the Defense Trade Union and businesses.
Addressing the signing ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duc, the Defense Trade Union’s Chairman affirmed the significance of the agreement, saying that it is expected to consolidate solidarity among the units as well as to raise the efficiency of the businesses’ operation and living standards of members of the Defense Trade Union and defense workers.
