All people using the company’s products and services including mobile phones, landlines, internet and digital television may benefit the program. 

Accordingly, customers do not need to register to join the program but Viettel’s system will automatically create accounts and accumulate points for customers from their transactions. In addition, the program allows customers to collect points from different services, so as to help them upgrade their membership and enjoy more privileges from Viettel ++.

To help customers have more practical experiences, Viettel cooperates with more than 300 partners specializing in insurance, education, cuisine, trade, tourism, hotel and healthcare so its customers can exchange points for free messages and use data of Viettel.

Addressing the launching ceremony, Cao Anh Son, Viettel Telecommunications Corporation’s General Director said that since its official participation in the telecom market on October 15, 2000, with a cheap tariff strategy and nationwide network coverage, Viettel has contributed to the success of telecom revolutions in Vietnam, including the increased number of mobile phone and internet users.

Together with creating products and perfecting its services, Viettel has paid special attention to taking care of its customers in an effort to meet their increasing demand. Programs, Viettel Privilege, “We are soldiers,” “Viettel’s camp of fun,” and “Live In Farm,” among others drew attention of customers. The launch of the program is in line with its present digital trend, Son added.
