During the festival, the participants will have a chance to contemplate the beauty of cherry blossoms imported from Japan and the yellow apricot flower brought from Yen Tu, and visit exhibitions and stalls introducing Vietnamese and Japanese culture, cuisine, and goods.

One of the highlights will be the Vietnam-Japan artistic exchange to kick off the festival on March 18th with a performance of traditional and modern costumes as well as songs and dances by Vietnamese and Japanese artists.

Jointly organised by the People’s Committee of Ha Long City and the Wanokai International Culture Association from Japan, this year’s festival aims to popularise tourism products, handicraft items, and special dishes in Ha Long to domestic and international tourists, making contributions to promoting the tourism sector and building the city into a tourism city of international stature.
