Vietnamese students and their friends at the ISFiT 2007

 A Vietnamese traditional dancing Trong Com (cylindrical drum) performed by Vietnamese students made a strong impression to audiences at the Global Fiesta, part of the show the 9th International Student Festival (ISFiT 2007) held in Trondheim, Norway from February 17 to 25.

These Vietnamese students in traditional dresses sang and danced along with a song called Trong Com. Foreign audiences were attracted by the interesting rhythm sounded from Vietnamese traditional musical instruments although they neither understood the songs nor Vietnamese language.

In addition, Vietnamese traditional dress Ao dai also drew much attention from audiences.

ISFiT 2007 is a good opportunity to introduce Vietnam’s images to the world, and Vietnamese students have did that.
