On November 4, the delegation visited the ACJA headquarters in Beijing, where the two sides discussed journalistic activities, shared experiences in training and capacity building for journalists, and exchanged views on association management and media management in the digital transformation era.

Leaders of both associations agreed to further strengthen exchanges of delegations, cooperation in modern communication, and journalism training, contributing to mutual understanding and friendship between the two countries’ media communities.
Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the VJA, affirmed that the association always attaches great importance to, and seeks to enhance comprehensive cooperation with the ACJA, particularly in the reform of journalism models, technological application, and improvement of journalists' quality.
That afternoon, the delegation visited the Communication University of China (CUC), one of Asia’s leading institutions in journalism and communications.
During the working session, the two sides discussed training models in the digital era and the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in teaching and content production. They agreed to promote cooperation in the training and exchange of student and young reporters to deepen mutual understanding and professional connectivity between the two nations’ press sectors.

Later the same day, the delegation paid a courtesy call on the Vietnamese Embassy, where discussions focused on external information dissemination and the role of journalism in strengthening Vietnam - China relations.
During the trip from November 3 to 7, the VJA delegation also met with press agencies in Guangxi and the China - ASEAN AI Innovation and Cooperation Center, where they exchanged views on the application of AI in journalism, natural language processing, and intelligent digital content distribution platforms.
Liu Kun, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Journalists Association and Editor-in-Chief of the Guangxi Daily, expressed his hope to enhance cooperation in reporter training and exchange as well as content production to promote economic, cultural and tourism cooperation between Vietnam and and China, including Guangxi.
The delegation also visited the Chongzuo multimedia communication center in Guangxi, which applies advanced technologies in digital news production and cross-border communications.
