PANO – Over 400 relics, mainly cooking tools, dating back around 3,500 years ago, have been discovered by archeologists by Pho Day River in the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang.

Covering an area of 10,000sq.m, the relic site is thought to come from inhabitants of the Phung Nguyen age. Archeologists also found food containers and stoves.
The initial discovered items will help archeologists study the Phung Nguyen culture in Northern mountainous areas.
