Cultural heritage is important resource for Bac Ninh’s rapid and sustainable development

In his remarks, N.A. Chairman Tran Thanh Man underlined that the culture passed down through generations has crystallized into the outstanding values of people of Bac Ninh who are patriotic and united; diligent, dynamic, and creative in labor, production, and trade; intelligent, creative, and hospitable. Many people have become prominent leaders, historical and cultural figures  and made significant contribution to the country.

On behalf of the leadership of the Party and State, N.A. Chairman acknowledged and praised the great efforts and obtained achievements of the province and sent congratulations to the province and its people on this significant event.

Chairman Man required the province to continue thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the directions of Party General Secretary To Lam, as well as the Party and State’s policies and resolutions on socio-economic development and cultural heritage preservation and promotion.

The province should focus on investing in, preserving, and developing key cultural values, as the Party and State have issued a lot of policies and guidelines to promote cultural development, including the recently-approved National Target Program for Cultural Development for the period 2025-2035.

Believing that the diverse cultural heritage is one of the key drivers and important resources for Bac Ninh’s rapid and sustainable development, the N.A. Chairman urged the province to strengthen education and dissemination about valuable heritages to raise public awareness of the historical value of the country and encourage them to join hands in preservation and protection.
