Book on Vietnamese swim queen introduced
PANO - A talk show and introduction of the book “Anh Vien - From zero to hero” was held on Ho Chi Minh City book street on August 12.

The book co-authored by Dang Hoang and Dinh Hiep has been released by the Saigon Books and the Labor Publishing House.
The 190-page book with nine chapters features Southeast Asia’s new queen of swim, the sport of percentage of a second, iron will, decisive moments and endless endeavor for future.
It is not only about swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien’s journey from her early days to her victorious moments of winning gold medals at SEA Games, but also about the story of a young servicewoman’s observation of regulations, great endeavor and aspirations in training.
In addition to stories about hard practices of Anh Vien told by her coach Dang Anh Tuan, the book also discusses the swimming movement as well as the development of this sport in Vietnam based on sport trainers and coaches.
“Anh Vien - From zero to hero” is an interesting sport story, and a beautiful story about an energetic example. The book is expected to inspire the younger generation to make contributions and devotions to the society and the country.
