It detailed political and historical events and the debate after China illegally placed its Haiyan Shiyou-981 oil rig in Vietnam’s continental shelf and exclusive economic zone, which was considered an illegal move arousing international concern and threatening peace in the region.
Recently, the association presented this publication to universities, individuals and organizations in Italy and in EU countries.
