Outstanding youth union officials receive Ly Tu Trong awards
PANO - The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) held a ceremony on March 23 in Hanoi to honor 94 outstanding youth union officials with the Ly Tu Trong Awards on the occasion of the 91st founding anniversary of the HCYU.
The event was attended by President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Do Van Chien.

The noble Ly Tu Trong Awards by the HCYU Central Committee are given to leaders of youth union organizations with outstanding achievements at work and in youth movements. This year’s winners were selected from 174 outstanding participants from 67 youth union organizations nationwide. Among them, 47 are from residential areas, 16 from schools, four from administrative organs, 19 from the military and eight from enterprises.
The awards aim to encourage youth union officials to continue making greater contribution to the development of the HCYU and the national construction and defense cause.
