The visits took place in commemoration of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - 2026) and in the lead-up to the Lunar New Year - the Year of Horse.

Manh welcomed the country’s major achievements over eight decades of national construction, defense and development, highlighting the successful organization of the 14th National Party Congress. He stressed that unity in both resolve and action will be the cornerstone for effectively implementing the Congress’s resolution and advancing Vietnam’s strategic development goals in the new phase.
