MND meets with national contributors from Dong Nai province
PANO - On December 9, authorized by leaders of the Ministry of National Defense (MND), Head of the Department of Policies of the General Department of Political Affairs (GDP) of the Vietnam People’s Army Major General Doan Quang Hoa chaired a get-together for national contributors from Dong Nai province.
Promoting the tradition of the homeland, over the past time, the Dong Nai provincial authorities, military, and people have overcome difficulties to gain important achievements. Meanwhile, policies for national contributors have been ensured.
During the meeting, General Hoa inquired after and presented gifts of the MND to the national contributors and informed them about some outstanding achievements in policy work for the military and the homefront.
He noted that the Central Military Commission and the MND have directed units in the whole military to actively and closely work with relevant sectors and localities to make recommendations to the Party and State to issue many other regulations and documents on policies for national contributors, the military and the homefront.

These activities have contributed to taking care of the revolutionary contributors while educating troops, especially the youths about the Vietnamese tradition of “remembering its source when drinking water.”
