Fourteen sets of martyrs’ remains reburied in Thai Nguyen province
PANO – The Thai Nguyen provincial Military Command and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs held a memorial and burial service on September 6 for 14 martyrs who sacrificed during the war against the French colonialists.
According to local people, the remains of fallen soldiers were buried in Go Cay Tram War Cemetery in Huong Son ward, Thai Nguyen city.

Steering Committee 515 of Military Region 1 verified the information and the Thai Nguyen provincial Military Command cooperated with local agencies and people to collect remains of the soldiers. All sets of martyrs' remains have not been identified.
After the ceremony, the soldiers were reburied in Doc Lim War Cemetery in Thai Nguyen city.
On the same day, the fourth Vocational Training School of the Ministry of National Defense, Economic-Defense Mission 5 of Military Region 4 and local leadership and people handed over a house to Ha Van Cam, martyr Ha Van Chom’s younger brother, in Muong Lat district of the Central province of Thanh Hoa.
Located on an area of 40sq.m, the house was constructed at a cost of VND 150 million, which was partly donated by the vocational training school. Troops of Economic-Defense Mission 5 helped build the house.
The house was a practical activity of the two units to mark the 50-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament.
