So far, the Border Guard Command of Lai Chau province has successfully handed over a total of 9,200 national flags and photos of Uncle Ho to the residents of the following border villages: Thu Lum (Muong Te district), Si Lo Lau and Tung Qua Lin (Phong Tho district), and Pa Tan (Sin Ho district). This act of delivering national flags and photos of Uncle Ho to households in border areas holds great significance and carries a high educational value.

It aims to motivate and inspire the community to uphold patriotism, actively participate in safeguarding national sovereignty and border security, while simultaneously nurturing and elevating the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary sentiment, and deep gratitude towards the Party and Uncle Ho.

It is worth noting that the program will continue until the end of May 2023, with a planned distribution of nearly 13,000 national flags and photos of Uncle Ho. Following this, starting from July, the Border Guard Command of Lai Chau province intends to continue delivering national flags and photos of Uncle Ho to residents in various localities across the province.
