Military officer returns belongings to owner
PANO - Major Tran Cong Duong, an officer of the Staff Department under the Nam Dinh provincial Border Guard Command, has returned a wallet to its owner.
Earlier, at 7:00 on December 24, while on the way to his barracks, Major Tran Cong Duong saw a black wallet near Kenh road in Cua Bac ward. There were many important personal papers named Vu Quoc Nghi and nearly VND 4 million in cash inside the wallet.

Immediately, he reported the case to the police station of Cua Bac ward to find and return the wallet to the right owner.
Receiving his belongings, Nghi felt happy and sent thanks to Major Duong for his good deed. The officer’s deed contributed to enriching the beautiful virtues and traditions of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
