Ly was in a critical condition with ventricular fibrillation. She immediately received emergency aid and was provided with powerful electric shocks. Despite great efforts of the doctors, the patient’s condition did not improve. Therefore, the hospital’s leadership decided to contact and send the patient to Military Hospital 103 for intensive treatment.

Right after receiving the patient, doctors from Military Hospital 103 performed different techniques with an attempt to save her. At last, their efforts were paid off after more than 1 hour 30 minutes.

Touched with whole-hearted deeds from Military Hospital 103’s medical personnel, Nguyen Thi Van Anh, the patient’s daughter, gave thanks to them and emphasized that “Uncle Ho’s soldiers are always whole-hearted with people at anytime and anywhere”.

According to Doctor, Colonel Tran Duc Hung, Head of the Department of Cardiology of Military Hospital 103, the success of the above case stemmed from the precise treatment given by the department’s doctors, the smooth and effective coordination between the two hospitals and the medical team’s readiness and timely provision of emergency aid.
