Military Hospital 175 conducts free heath checkups in Ba Ria - Vung Tau
PANO - A mission from Military Hospital 175 under the Ministry of National Defense and other units, led by Senior Colonel Tran Quoc Viet, Deputy Director of the hospital, provided free health checkups, medicines and presented gifts to locals in Bong Trang commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province on April 16.

The event was among practical activities in celebration of the 76th founding anniversary of the military medical sector (April 16, 1946 - 2022), congresses of youth union organizations at all levels, and 47th founding anniversary of the hospital (May 26, 1975 - 2022).
During the program, 300 people with adversities in life, from policy beneficiary families and over 50 cadres and workers in Xuyen Moc district and Bong Trang commune had their health checked with modern medical equipment and received medicines for free.

The hospital’s doctors and nurses also instructed locals on how to keep good health, prevent diseases, especially occupational ones, and control COVID-19.
According to the organizers, local patients with heart and eye diseases will receive free treatment and surgeries at the hospital on the occasion of its 47th founding anniversary.

Colonel Viet said that the health checkups and treatment for local people are practical in response to the program “Joining hands for community health.” They also help further beautify the image of doctors in the military in general and of the hospital in particular among local party committee, authorities, and people.
