It was part of activities to celebrate the 92nd founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - 2023). The program drew the participation of more than 300 young border troops of Kon Tum province and local people.

During the program, the organizing panel conducted dissemination activities to raise the awareness of young generations about the national construction and defense, contributing to encouraging them to promote vanguard spirit for the community and work with the border guard force to build a border of peace and development.

Meanwhile, various activities took place, including providing free health check-ups and medicines for local people; inquiring after and presenting gifts to border stations in Ngoc Hoi district and families of needy border troops; granting 10 scholarships to students; and giving 10 social welfare bags to ethnic families.

In addition, Kon Tum youths cleaned up the environment along the border, attended the flag-raising ceremony at the tri-border marker (Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia). The Lam Dong provincial Youth Union Organization also provided financial support to build youth projects in Dak Xu commune, and handed over 1,000 national flags to families in border areas and a water purifier to Dak Xu commune Primary and Secondary School.
