At the units, the delegation was briefed on the results of task performance and activities to take care of workers’ life over the past time. The delegation also discussed issues related to working environment and the life of Trade Union members and employees in the units.

In his remarks, Senior Colonel Nguyen Van De, Deputy head of the Defense Trade Union Board, acknowledged and applauded the great efforts of the units in overcoming difficulties and accomplishing all assigned missions, requiring them to continue to create better conditions for Trade Union members and employees, especially those with difficult conditions, to raise their material and spiritual life.

On the occasion, the Defense Trade Union Board handed over 40 gifts to needy Trade Union members and employees and three gifts to grassroot Trade Union organizations.

As planned, during the Worker’s Month, the Defense Trade Union Board will present gifts to 20 grassroot Trade Union organizations and offer 300 gifts to disadvantaged Trade Union members and employees.
