Delegates pay tribute to heroic martyrs and former generations for their contribution to the national salvation, construction, and defense cause.

Accordingly, on March 6, 1949, in Yen Dinh commune, Cho Moi district, the Vietnamese weaponry trade union was established. Under the leadership of the Party, the GDP and the instruction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the trade union and its members joined the whole people to participate in the resistance wars against foreign invaders and the cause of national construction and protection.

On this occasion, the delegation planted green trees around the memorial stele and gave gifts to nearly 100 need people and policy beneficiaries in the locality.
