Through the program, officers, Youth Union members, and youths gain a deeper awareness of the meaning and necessity of voluntary blood donation. This encourages them to voluntarily join the activity, helping spread the movement widely across the division.
Before the blood donation program, the division worked with the Da Nang municipal Youth Union and the Da Nang Hospital to disseminate information and answer questions from officers and soldiers before registering to donate blood. During the program, officers and soldiers received health checks, and only those meeting health requirements were allowed to donate blood, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
