Earlier, recent prolonged heavy rain, resulting in severe landslides and flooding, inundated a number of roads and damaged local people’s crops and houses.

Senior Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng, Chief of the Dak Lak provincial Military Command held that the command assigned hundreds of troops and vehicles to joining hands with local forces to evacuate people at risk to safer sites and clear roads to ensure smooth traffic.
