VPA’s General Staff inspects military school
PANO – A delegation of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), led by its Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Ngo Minh Tien, inspected the Armored Officer Training School of the VPA’s Armored Corps on November 13.
The entourage also included Lieutenant General Tran Huu Phuc, Director of the Department of Defense School Management of the General Staff, and representatives from the General Staff’s functional agencies.

Since the beginning of this year, the school has strictly observed military discipline, built regularity, maintained combat readiness, carried out education and training missions, and conducted Party and political work.
The mission of the General Staff watched and voiced pleasure at the performances of the school’s cadets in training.

Concluding the event, General Tien highly valued the outcomes of task implementation of the school and pointed out several shortcomings that need to be addressed immediately.
In the coming time, the general requested the school to improve training methods and learning quality, attach importance to the building of regularity and military discipline, manage defense land, improve the strength of Party organizations, and prepare for Party congresses at all levels.
