Tank-Armored Corps honors outstanding examples
PANO - On March 22, the Tank-Armored Corps held a conference to review its task performance and a ceremony to honor outstanding individuals and groups in the youth movements in 2017 in the presence of its leadership and representatives of the Military Youth Board.
Over the past year, the corps’ youths promoted their creativeness and activeness to fulfill all assigned missions. Thus, the unit’s youth movements were implemented thoroughly with new content and forms while the collaboration with civilian groups and local youth union organizations was increasingly enhanced.
The unit’s youths spent nearly 4,000 working days repairing rural roads and dredging canals while building over 25 constructions for the localities.
In 2018, the corps’ youths plan to continue promoting emulation drives among troops in line with the “Learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” movement. They will also focus on political and ideological education for staff and youth union members, and effectively implement youth movements, contributing to building firm Party organizations and comprehensively strong units at all levels of the corps.
