On behalf of leaders of the General Department of Political Affairs, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet congratulated military instructors and education management staff of the two schools. He emphasized that the Political Academy and Political Officer Training School are the two cradles that have nurtured generations of cadres who serve as an important force to ensure the absolute and direct leadership of the Party over the military.

Over the past years, the two schools have trained competent officers to contribute to the building of a revolutionary, regular, elite and gradually-modernized military. Officers are always ready to undertake and fulfill all assigned missions.

Together with their regular political mission of training political officers, the two units have actively made recommendation to the General Department of Political Affairs, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to build programs and plans on education and training work.

The same day, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs Senior Lieutenant General Do Can visited and congratulated instructors of the Military University of Culture and Arts.

At the event, General Can praised and acknowledged achievements obtained by the university’s instructors and education management staff over the past time and asked the university to continue augmenting teaching quality. In particular, the unit should continue renewing education and training methods and pay attention to raising the competence of military instructors and education management staff.

On its premises, the Army Officer Training School No.1 held a meeting with its instructors and staff during which delegates recalled the history of the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day and honored outstanding collectives and individuals with significant achievements in education and training.

Over the past years, generations of instructors and education management staff have united and obtained achievements in training and researching.

The Academy of Logistics held a similar event to honor contribution of generations of instructors and education management staff for education and training cause. In 2020-2021 academic year, despite impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the unit’s instructors and staff have fulfilled their tasked duties. 

Also on the day, the Military Technical Academy held a ceremony to congratulate female professors. At the event, delegates recalled contribution of female military instructors to education and training. They affirmed that over the past years, the academy’s female instructors have promoted their talent and creativeness to successfully fulfill all assigned missions, and their contribution has been acknowledged by the Party, State and military.
