In a democratic atmosphere, participating troops voiced their opinions related to observing military regulations and discipline, beautifying surroundings of the command’s barracks, ensuring technical equipment, ships and vehicles, and ensuring troops’ living standards, to name but a few.
At the event, Gen. Dao discussed recent developments in the region and the world, as well as task performance of the whole force in 2023, and clarified troops’ opinions and answered their queries.
He also asked troops to foster solidarity, overcome all difficulties, bring into play the force’s heroic traditions, raise their responsibilities, and promote competence and professionalism to successfully fulfill all assigned missions, making contribution to beautifying the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers and building the “revolutionary, regular, elite and modern” coast guard force.
