Vietnam Border Guard Law popularized in Phu Quy

The conference was open for 30 reporters at district and commune levels and the armed forces on duty in Phu Quy island district.

An overview of the training conference

At the conference, reporters of the Border Gate of Phu Quy Border Port updated participants with basic contents of the Vietnam Border Guard Law and other related documents which regulate the detailed implementation of the law.

Major Nguyen Minh Hai, Political Commissar of the Border Station of Phu Quy Border Port, introduces basic contents of the Vietnam Border Guard Law.

The trainees also learned about the functions and missions of the border guard force, the responsibility of individuals and organizations in coordinating with the border guard force to manage and safeguard the national borderline sovereignty.

The training conference gave trainees a better understanding of the Vietnam Border Guard Law and other related documents. Therefore, they would promote information dissemination about the Vietnam Border Guard Law among officials in agencies and units and local people.
