In the first six months, military youth affairs were comprehensively implemented, with key tasks well or excellently accomplished. Officers and soldiers consistently upheld their responsibilities, maintained internal solidarity, and ensured absolute safety. The unit achieved the “exemplary and typical” comprehensively strong status. Alongside these achievements, the conference frankly pointed out shortcomings to be addressed, identified key tasks for the rest of the year, and proposed measures to enhance operational efficiency in the coming period.

In H1 of 2026, the university comprehensively achieved its set goals. For the second half, the institution will focus on seven key tasks to build an “exemplary and typical” comprehensively strong unit. These include innovating teaching methods, accelerating digital transformation, and researching to enhance performing arts by blending traditional, modern, and academic elements. That afternoon, the university held a graduation ceremony for 14 Lao military students from the full-time 2022-2026 class. They completed undergraduate and intermediate-level programs in vocal music, journalism, dance training, Western and traditional musical instrument performance, and dance performance.
* Also on June 29, Factory Z195 under the General Department of Defense Industry reviewed its H1 task performance and outline key tasks for the remainder of 2026.
Since early 2026, the factory’s Party Committee and command have comprehensively directed defense and economic production, scientific-technological investment, and digital transformation, ensuring absolute safety for the unit. Many targets exceeded the plan: the production value reached nearly VND 1,308 billion (56.2% of the annual plan); the total revenue hit nearly VND 1,500 billion (51.8%); the profit stood at VND 282 billion; and the state budget contribution exceeded VND 103 billion. The conference agreed to implement eight action programs in the second half of the year to meet and exceed the set goals.
