Training course on military history kicked off
PANO - The Vietnam Military History Institute in association with the Military Region 3 Command opened a training course on military history research for officers in the whole army on April 17.
Attending the course were 200 army officers involved in managing, researching, and compiling military history and in reviewing the national resistance wars.
During the five-day course, all trainees will be introduced to 12 themes, including basic contents such as objects, functions, tasks and logical methods of military history research; presentation of several military history research projects, the schedule and research methods for some special fields, to name but a few.
The course aims at improving professional knowledge and management experience on military history research for the staff of units in the army. During the program, participants will visit several historical relic sites in Military Region 3.
