Working with units under the naval region, the general hailed the achievements of the units over the past year and the first quarter of 2015 and their combat readiness, training missions and initiatives in the party and political work.

At naval brigades 146 and 189, the general stressed the heavy duty of the force in the new context, requiring the units to regularly grasp the situation, missions and thoughts of the troops, and to raise vigilance.
