The exercise was overseen by Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai, Commander of Military Region 1, and Major General La Cong Phuong, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 1, alongside members of the Standing Board of the Military Region 1 Command’s Party Committee, representatives from the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, the Air Defense-Air Force Service, the Armored Corps, and leaders of units and organs of Military Region 1.

Prior to the live-fire phase, Division 3 coordinated closely with relevant units, completing all stages of the exercise, which were shifting combat readiness posture, moving to assembly areas, preparing for combat, and practicing combat scenarios with live fire.

In the live-fire phase, themed "Infantry regiment attacks enemy airborne landings," participating forces demonstrated a solid understanding of combat plans, tactical principles, and handled various situations effectively with precise coordination, ensuring absolute safety of personnel and equipment.
