The mission also inspected the air defense duty detachment in handling scenarios to protect the unit and the 14th National Party Congress; and assessed the political security, social order, and safety situation in the area where the unit is stationed, as well as preparations for the 2026 Lunar New Year for officers and soldiers.
Concluding the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh highly appreciated results and achievements in task performance Division 316 obtained in 2025, as well as the dissemination and implementation of combat readiness duties to protect the 14th National Party Congress and preparations for the 2026 Lunar New Year.

He requested the unit to strictly implement directives from all levels on ensuring a joyful, healthy, safe, and economical Lunar New Year, ensuring traffic safety; and effectively conduct dissemination work regarding the 14th National Party Congress to create momentum and motivation for officers and soldiers to successfully fulfill tasks from the very first days and months of 2026.
Additionally, the Deputy Director of the GDP urged the unit to strictly grasp and implement combat readiness orders and directives from higher levels; review and supplement combat readiness plans, as well as plans for fire prevention, natural disaster response, and search and rescue. He emphasized strengthening internal political protection, protecting secrets, and ensuring security and safety; effectively performing mass mobilization work, policy work, and gratitude activities.

The unit was also instructed to thoroughly prepare and organize solemn send-off ceremonies for discharged soldiers returning to their home in accordance with regulations, and to make good preparations for receiving new recruits in 2026.
During the working trip, the delegation offered incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs of Division 316 at the Tradition Hall and the Division 316 Victory Monument. On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh presented gifts to encourage officers and soldiers of Division 316 performing combat readiness duties to protect the 14th National Party Congress.
