Soc Trang holds command and staff exercise

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Second-in-Command and Chief of Staff of the Soc Trang provincial Border Guard Command Senior Colonel Le Hong Ha said that having received the direction of the Vietnam Border Guard Command on organizing the exercise, the provincial border guard command actively started the preparation for the event.

In particular, the provincial border guard command has built documents, organized training, and prepared weapons, vehicles, and equipment for the exercise. The province’s border troops have demonstrated responsibility and readiness to compete developed contents.

During the exercise, participants will shift unit to higher combat readiness status and cooperate with other forces to prepare and conduct operations to protect the border area, sea, and air.

The one-side, two-level command and staff exercise with table-top and field contents of the provincial border guard command is divided into three stages, namely shifting combat readiness status to a higher level, preparing for and conducting operations.
