Ship 627 performs IUU fishing prevention mission
PANO - On February 7, the Naval Region 5 Command noted that earlier, the unit had sent a delegation to visit and extend Tet greetings to Ship 627, Flotilla 511, Brigade 127 before it started its journey to prevent illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing on the occasion of the lunar New Year (Tet) 2024.
During the event, Senior Captain Trinh Xuan Tung, Naval Region 5’s Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, handed over missions to the troops while encouraging them to promote responsibility and solidarity and overcome difficulties so as to fulfill all assigned missions with absolute safety.
