Immediately after receiving the recruits, the regiment swiftly completed the organizational work, guided recruits in military routines and regulations; line-up regulations, daily schedules, and military etiquette. In addition, the unit organized cultural and artistic activities, including learning regulated military songs.

During the initial training period, the regiment has focused on political and ideological education to help soldiers quickly adapt, ensuring their material and spiritual well-being, and strengthening unit cohesion.
