At the University, Gen. Nghia inspected the construction progress of the Experimental Arts Theater project. He emphasized the need to accelerate the project’s implementation phases, striving to complete the work ahead of schedule in order to meet the requirements for serving major political events and important anniversaries of the University and the military. He also asked for synchronized investment in modern sound and lighting systems, aiming to develop the theater into a new cultural and artistic center that effectively serves training and art performance tasks.

He requested the university to thoroughly implement the Party’s resolutions on building the national value system, family value system, and standards of Vietnamese people in training and teaching activities.

In addition, the university should focus on training high-quality human resources to meet mission requirements in the new situation; promoting digital transformation in arts education and training; expanding online training for troops in remote, border, and island areas; strengthening international integration; and developing the Southern campus commensurate with Ho Chi Minh City’s role as a major economic and cultural center.

The GDP leader extended his best wishes to the cadres, instructors, and cadets of the university for a joyful, healthy, safe, and economical Tet. He urged the unit to continue upholding political responsibility and effectively preserving and managing supplies, ensuring absolute safety of warehouses and barracks.
