NDA opens refresher course on defense and security

The course is expected to help the trainees raise awareness and competence as well as strategic forecasting capacity, and how to well implement defense and security tasks with the highest results. They will also be able to assess situations and address issues in line with the reality in their units and localities.

During the course, the trainees will be equipped with special knowledge of national defense strategies related to Vietnam’s defense and security, national defense strategies in the current context; the Party and State’s guidelines on defense and security; socio-economic development in combination with enhancing defense and security, building the whole people’s defense and security posture, among others.

In addition, they will also study various issues about defense operations at the military region level, building provincial defensive area, and protecting national sovereignty over sea and islands as well as borderline, to name but a few.
