Naval Service delegation checks Brigade 147’s preparation for recruit training
PANO - A mission from the Naval Service led by Rear Admiral Nguyen The Tot, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy, on February 8 visited Brigade 147 of Naval Region 1 to check its preparation for training new recruits.

During the visit, the delegation checked the plan of recruit-training personnel organization, training grounds, classrooms, learning tools, and other logistic supplies for the training. They also examined party and political work documents, and other guarantee affairs related to military supplies, medicines, barracks, and materiel.

The mission highly appreciated the brigade’s preparations and its coordination with local forces to recruit youths and ensure medical supplies for COVID-19 prevention and control work.
In his concluding speech, Rear Admiral Nguyen The Tot asked Brigade 147 to continue to embrace and implement higher levels’ documents and instructions on recruit training.

The naval senior officer also requested the unit to consolidate training grounds, cooperate with the locality to double-check quality of recruits in terms of politics, thought, and health, and exercise COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
