Naval Region 4 holds training competition for troops

The competition for regular and exemplary ships comprises four contents, namely the staff, Party and political, logistics and technical work. Meanwhile, the festival for surface vessels focuses on ship tactics, navigation, weapon, electronic equipment, unarmed line-up regulations, sports activities, politics and logistics.

The events aim to evaluate the quality of training work in ensuring regular and exemplary standards of ships, while assessing troops’ competence and ability in task performance.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Captain Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Commander of the Naval Region 4 Command, required the organizing panel and the jury to strictly conduct the competition in accordance with the regulations. Meanwhile, participants were requested to follow all directives and instructions of the higher levels and observe the competition and festival’s rules to achieve the highest results.
