The delegation congratulated the province on their achievements in 2017 and hoped that they would continue contributing to the local development with defense-security reinforcement.

The delegation also visited and extended Tet greetings to the Tay Ninh provincial Military Command, Division 5 and the Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard Command which were asked to ensure a warm and happy Tet for their troops.
