MR4's Commander Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh speaks at the event.

The training contents included two categories: shifting combat readiness status of the region’s armed forces from regular to high and then to comprehensive statuses.

During the exercise, the MR4 Command embraced its troops on the combat readiness status shifting orders while requesting them to prepare equipment and ensure logistic service for the event.

Reportedly, the exercise was implemented as planned with close coordination among functional organs while seriously maintaining collaboration among participating units.

The exercise aimed to raise the competence and leadership capacity of the military region’s chains-of-command in different combat readiness statuses. It also helped the MR4 Command to complete the combat readiness status shifting exercise plan in line with its reality and assigned tasks in the coming time.
